Tasty
My niece loves when I surprise her with these! Taste is good for insect protein, and these really make a fun time at family get-togethers and parties, because everyone challenges others to eat them!

Good Snack!
The flavor of these snacks is primarily dark chocolate and the crickets are not whole, which makes it a good introduction to entomophagia (eating insects). I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate, so I didn't like them as much as I had hoped, but I did manage to convince some friends to try them at a white elephant party. The flavor is not at all offensive, and the texture is fine. They come across as a gourmet snack, given the good ingredients and the price. If you like dark chocolate and you're looking to experience the "gateway bug," definitely give these a try!

Chocolate crunch balls
My boyfriend loves to get protein anyway he can get it, and we’ve tried lots of salty/savory crickets before. He compared these to a crunch bar like chocolate rice crispies chunks. It’s way more chocolate than cricket, so it’s a little crunchy and taste's great. Mostly just fun to try together. Bit overpriced for the little amount you get in there.

They don’t look like crickets.
I bought these for my students to try because we were doing a unit on eating bugs. They do not look like bugs, they are rolled up into a little chocolate ball. I felt it took away from the experience.

Interesting flavors
I bought these as a sort of gag gift for a friend's birthday. These tasted better than I expected to be honest! There is a noticeable earthy aftertaste, but it's not bad/disgusting. These are a small and chocolate forward way to do something interesting and weird to try!

Fun for kids challenge
I did not taste these but we used them as part of a birthday challenge for my 13 year old grandson. It was fun and they said they tasted crunchy and salty.

Good taste!
My kids school requested these for the kids to try new foods. My daughter asked me to buy more so I guess she liked them!
