If you love your cats please buy this I mean it
I don’t usually write reviews, but I am really amazed with this food. Please read till the end as I will also explain what I have noticed. I have an EXTREMELY picky cat who refuses wet food. I’ve tried to transition her twice, and each time has failed. I started giving my cats Stella and Chewys raw coated kibble (chicken) first, and top it with two of these. It has been a week, and now my picky cat is eating it with added water in the food bowl, which is HUGE because she has always refused anything wet. I believe this will get her to eventually transition to wet canned foods.lastly, my cats are acting like they are kittens again and being lovey and extremely playful. They have so much more energy which is visibly noticeable. Stella & Chewys is QUALITY food. It is also safe from the bird flu (you can read more on their processing on their website) I had to take my cats to an appointment recently, and their labs were absolutely perfect. I know cats are healthier on wet food and that is ideal, but if I had to pick a dry food, or a food to transition with, this is the one. I hope this brand continues for a long time because I definitely will be using their wet food down the line.

Excellent food for cats
Some of our cats love rabbit and most prefer the other flavors. I order several different kinds of this freeze dried raw and always have it on hand. When introducing it to a cat that has never tried it, they look confused. But if you break it in half and toss it, they instinctively chase it and bite into it. Gets them going. High quality cat food, worth the money. I wait for the sales and then stock up.

Great for picky cat!
My cat developed food sensitivities and could no longer eat regular proteins. So we tried nearly every wet rabbit food under the sun to get her to eat. She wanted nothing to do with any of it. On an off chance she'd eat this one, we gave it a go. Success! She eats it! We rehydrate the next day's worth in a small container over night so it's super soft and easily breaks up. I tried the pork on once, but that one stayed hard even with overnight soaking and she wouldn't touch it.I did a bad batch once, but they have great customer service and sent me a new bag. Definitely recommend this product.

old kitty approved
So my older cat doesnt have many teeth left an with wet food she started to have stomach issues and pooping all over since i dont think she could tell when it was a fart or poo. So i started using these freeze dried bites with a little wet food and her meds an she loves it. shes getting her fiber protein an everything she needs. price is a bit much for the amt but ill take it as a win. makes me want a freeze dryer so much more. Since i make her wet food homemade . but if your kitty is picky cant chew the kibble or needs more to their diet..this is a game changer. so 4 stars only reason i didnt give 5 is again small bag for price.

Wonderful Healthy Choice
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My 8 week old kitten really likes this. What I do is I soak the pellets in water and then I put them on his plate and mash them so it resembles kitten paté. Super clean ingredients! Way closer to what they would actually be eating in the wild

Love it!!!!
I use this as a tool, grind it into dust, then soak and hydrate, simmer for a bit and add their medicine. Even those smarty pants that just know and don’t even bother to smell their medicine filled food won’t think twice about this one, they just eat it right up.If you give them these as they are, make sure they have plenty of water at all times (extra) because it wil dehydrate them as would any freeze dried foods.

Cat is unfortunately allergic to this chicken
I hate to give it three stars but it's just for the fact of what's happening. I think they are a good company with really good food and they can't control when an animal has an allergy to something or not. But since my cat is allergic to this I felt I needed to put three stars. I like Stella and Chewy products and I've used them supplementally for years with success with many cats, however my Norwegian Forest who actually really likes it crumbled over his kibble is definitely allergic to it. I was able to figure it out fairly fast thank God! My cats rarely vomit and I noticed him starting to itch more and more and more. They get flea medication and rarely go out in the yard with me. It was becoming constant itching and stress? almost over grooming and vomiting, like once or twice a day! I talked to the breeder and it doesn't run in either parents but she agreed that it definitely sounded like a food allergy. I thought I was going to have to go through everything I have one by one but then I realized I had recently repurchased this and he had been eating more and more of it and I've been giving him more and more of it, daily instead of occasionally. I stopped crumbling it on his food and took it away altogether and literally overnight the itching and vomiting stopped (it's been almost a week ) so I think it's either something in the limited ingredients or the fact that the chicken is raw? Maybe it's just a raw factor, I don't know but he does fine on Stella and Chewy's rabbit so I will be going to the other flavors from now on. It's too bad because he really liked this!
