Quality product.
Great product. I weight 93kg and they have allowed me to get a good workout off them. Including taking my full weight for assisted pull ups showing good stretchability. Strong product and comes with good range of resistance levels. This makes them very versatile.

Budget Gym Equipment
I started calisthenics recently and these bands have been a godsend. There are so many exercises to do that i have found my strength and skills significantly improve. They are easy to back in a bag and it means that i can workout wherever i go. The door attachments too is also a nice addition as it helps with the variety of workouts. Really practical equipment that takes up no space and is versatile to boot. Excellent purchase.

Fantastic set. It really works for me.
I use it all the time and I love the ease of exercising at home at any time without all the hassle of going to the gym. I do go to the gym, swim, etc, but this is a great complement and comes in really handy for a quick workout right in the middle of work (I work remotely from home).

Tensile strength less than quoted
When compared to professional brands, these bands did not have the advertised resistance levels. However they are decent for the price given that you get six bands.

I purchased them to help with severe sciatica problem it would be good if you could just purchase 2/3 as I don’t need the vast majority, I will only be using the top two bands, but nonetheless less they are very good
