Good.
Smooths my skin, plumps my skin too, moisturises, soothing, perfectly fine for sensitive skin, only a small amount is needed, literally bought 3 more bottles. Value for money is not great as it's quite expensive for such a small bottle. There is no 'glow' from this product as it's labelled as 'restoring' not brightening or whatever, it's a vegan collagen serum, if you want a brightening glow with it then use it with vitamin c/glutathione/galactomyces, etc. For what it is, it works the best i've tried so far, that's why i bought 3 more bottles of it.

Good serum but too expensive.
A good serum which is best applied at nighttime to avoid sun sensitivity .Very good for sensitive skin.TINY bottle which works out as expensive.I think cheaper retinol serums are equally good.

Good stuff
I ordered this for fine lines and ended up using not only on that but for a small facial scar, once it was recovered enough to take it. The serum is fine and delicate enough a consistency for this purpose and I think I can see it is helping and smoothing that area. So I have reordered. Combines well with my Weleda almond facial moistrring lotion, if you're into natural preparations as I am.

Does it work? Hard to tell.
I’m 52 and bought this product about a month ago along with other Pai products to try and address age related pigmentation and hormonal breakouts - I’m new to multi-step skincare in general and topical vitamin C in particular. I can’t say how well is works as I believe it takes a very long time to have any visible effect, if it ever does - but I can say that this is a facial oil with a nice texture.10ml is not a lot of product but as long as the claims are true (that the Vit C in it is expensive to produce, unusually stable and does actually get delivered to the skin) at a smidge under £20 that’s fine for what I think will be at least a month’s worth of applications, based on the three drops I use once a day. I have the rosehip oil for night use and Pai recommend you add it to that as well but I think the bottle is too small and expensive to be able to use it twice a day.One thing I find off putting is that the product looks and smells like pure sunflower oil, which is an oil that always smells cheap and rancid to me - for this reason I can’t bring myself to cook with sunflower oil, so a big part of me is saying why on earth am I paying an absolute fortune put it on my face?! Due to the smell I doubt I will buy this ‘booster’ again unless a skincare miracle happens before the end of this bottle, and even then I might look for another vitC serum that does not use a sunflower carrier oil.

The best
This is the only serum that has made a change to my skin.It looks a lot brighter less wrinkles and people have actually noticed. I'm 64 years old and have tried many. I'm on my 3rd bottle and think I will be getting a 4th soon.

Good cost benefit
Nice product, not too thick and doesn’t bring marks to skin.

Not effective for freckles!
I was recommended by a dermatologist to start using a vitamin c serum product to help with my over pigmentation. I have freckles due to my heritage and a love of the sun! Unfortunately this product did nothing for my hyperpigmentation. The product itself felt great on my skin but struggled with an abundance of freckles! I have since had laser treatment and use factor 50 on my face everyday, which has been much more successful.

Hate the dropper but absolutely love the serum.
Very happy with this! Much more lightweight than I expected and doesn't leave behind any greasy residue. I've witnessed a smoothing effect after the first use which is fantastic, and now almost three weeks later can already see some improvements around my crow's feet. However it's worth nothing that this is a step up from retinol, which is why it works much faster on the skin. The description states that it works faster than retinol without the irritation, but in reality this is slightly more powerful than retinol. So there's an increased likelihood of skin sensitivity when using it. I personally haven't experienced any irritation or adverse reactions when using it on my sensitive skin, but I'd highly suggest starting by applying this only a few times a week and then gradually increasing the number as you go along. One reason I haven't experienced irritation could also be that I already incorporated retinol in my skincare before trying this so my skin is prepped and used to retinol based products. This one however worked much faster than my usual 0.1 retinol oil.In terms of cons, the dropper is an absolute nightmare. The consistency of the serum is slightly thick, almost like a lotion, so the dropper doesn't take up much at a time and makes a mess going in and out of the bottle causing some wastage. Would've been a solid 5 stars if it weren't for this.
