Hiware 4-piece Grapefruit Spoons and Grapefruit Knife, 18/8 Stainless Steel

Longer handles and sharper teeth make these superior to most grapefruit spoons. The quality stainless steel construction is impressive. The knife is a nice bonus. If you take the time to cut along both sides of each membrane that separates the sections, the spoon, pushed hard against the inside of the rind, removes sections easily. Not about this product, but a "press and twist" lemon juicer can extract almost 100% of the juice and pulp that is inevitably left behind. Cheers!

I have had these grapefruit spoons for 4 years, and they still look new. I don't use them much for grapefruit, but have found so many other uses for them. In addition to using them as a grapefruit spoon, they also work very well for: 1) Cleaning the seeds and membrane out of squash. I have used these spoons to clean out zucchini, yellow squash, acorn squash, spaghetti squash and more. The remove the seeds and membrane without removing a lot of the flesh. 2) Removing the seeds and inner membrane from tomatoes. I use these spoons to remove the inside of tomatoes for stuffed tomatoes. The insides of the tomatoes can easily be removed without cutting into the tomato. 3) Easily remove avocado flesh from the skin without losing any of the avocado. Having had these spoons for over 4 years, I am still happy with this purchase and would recommend them for the purposes mentioned above. I hope this review was helpful for you.

These are exactly what I was looking for and of very good quality. They make eating grapefruit so much easier with far less juicy mess. The design also blends well with other patterns, comfortable ho use and looks nice with the table setting. I am considering ordering more of them as gifts. Most important, pricing was very good.

These are just like the grapefruit spoons I had growing up. They stay sharp through years of use and are dishwasher safe. I've only used them for grapefruits but I saw other reviews that had other uses for them like scraping out seeds so I'm going to give that a try!

Item arrived boxed & well protected from damage during shipping. The 4 serrated spoons each weigh between 28-29 grams, total length is 6-1/2" with handle measuring 4-1/2" & bowls 2" holding 1/2 teaspoon liquid w/o spilling. Knife weighs 35 grams, 7-1/4" long, both sides serrated for 3". The knife & spoon makes quick work with grapefruit, no other fruits were tested for ease of use. Wash & DRY after each use & they should maintain shine indefinitely. Very pleased with purchase & price.

Perfect collection of grapefruit tools! These are cute, the perfect size, so easy to use and get the job done...perfectly sharp for getting into that grapefruit! Simple to clean by hand or in the dishwasher...no issues with either. Perfect size...not too thick or thin and attractive as well. They function just as they should!

We already had 4 of these spoons and have been looking for more these spoons for ages and finally found them on Amazon. They match exactly and my wife is very happy with them.

Tardé mucho tiempo seleccionando estas cucharas para mi toronja en el desayuno. Son de excelente calidad . La Sierra es sutil para la boca, pero efectiva para hacer el trabajo. Lo que más me gusta es que las puedes pasar a la mesa principal, y no se notará la diferencia con el resto de las piezas si la forma es la misma . Son ligeramente más pequeñas que las cucharas chicas, por lo que su uso para fruta en la mesa es adecuado, sin ser demasiado pequeñas para maniobrar . Les dejo la Foto para que puedan comparar tamaños con una cuchara chica y una sopera . Estoy feliz !

Arrived alright but the little seratated knife was not included so hopefully will be send at a later stage as I paid for it ????
