This is a great product. All the important data that medical personnel or facilities would need is right there. I filled out my information with the very easy to follow directions and had my son test it. Everything came right up on his phone and there is no sensitive information that someone could use for nefarious intentions. I also like the fact that the QR code is towards the back so a random person walking by could not scan it without your knowledge. The only thing that I wish they had included is a section for religious preferences which is important to me and others I know, but I just added that to the important information area. I was hesitant at first on using this, or any other product, with a website that collects and stores data (big brother is watching) but they do not really ask for anything that is not pertaining to EMS care and they do not ask for any sensitive information.

Love this! Very easy to use, has a lot of info that is relative to you, no extra costs, so much info you can enter, initial cost for the purchase of rags is awesome as well! Recommend for every one who has any type of medical alert!

This is a Great product for all ages! This Health ID brings a Peace of mind while working knowing that my mom that is 81 years old will be take to the hospital of her choice and all the family will be contacted on the QR format knowing she is good medical care. I’m 56 and I purchased the Sport Health ID for my emergency contact information for my brother to be contacted immediately where I’m located for medical attention. It works, it’s a peace of mind, and today’s technology with our mobile devices, this is hands down the Best wearable Health ID Tag for Everyone to invest in for all family members. Best product I could’ve purchased. I had a scare at work and no one knew my medical background which let me to purchase this product after inputting on my information. I scanned the QR code and the medical information popped up with no problem. This fits on my Apple Watch perfectly. If I have a medical emergency, my information is available for people to support me.

Before purchasing this Medical Alert watch band QR code I already have an account with The Lucky Tag because I've been wearing their Medical Alert QR Code bracelet. The problem with it was it was a metal and the edge of the QR code faded away and the it is no longer readable when you scan it. I decided to buy this one because I thought I can just transfer my information to these new one. These are also silicon which I think the QR code will stay longer and it is more convenient since you can just attach it to watch band. I never thought that the way they setup is too difficult. 1.) I cannot registered because my name is already exist and their site has no way I can transfer my information to the new one. 2.) I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send the picture of the QR code and the information that I purchased this QR code. After sending back I never heard them again until now. 3.) I go back to my account and I found out that my old account is no longer available. How frustrating. Why they did not make it more easier. I bought these two code so I can attached one to my work watch and my smart watch but obviously it is a waste.

Not wide enough to fit on my Samsung Galaxy 4 watch 44 band. It's hard to read if you can't read small print.

Fantastic idea, improving safety and quality of medical care for patients with complex medical needs. Easily attaches and reattaches to devices. I added it to both my phone and my GCM. I love the look. What a wonderful idea! Quality is excellent! Value for money and readability- great. Kudos to designer!

I can’t recommend the Lucky Tag QR bracelet enough. The biggest game-changer is the ability to update my own details via the website whenever my meds or health status change. Unlike traditional bracelets with limited engraving space, this allows me to list everything: medications, allergies, and even detailed explanations of symptoms and side effects. ​In an emergency, anyone with a smartphone can scan the tag and have all the info they need to save a life—no phone calls or searching for contacts required. If you have a complex medical history, this is the one to get. I Opted for the plate that fits on my watch strap, so far I have been showering with the tag and day to day activities it is holding up well.
