Great Tool & Amazing Company
This tool works exactly as advertised!! Highly recommended to remove invasives so they don't keep sprouting back again. I primarily use it for removing glossy buckthorn from my property in MA. Also, this is a stand-up company with fantastic customer support. My original order had shipping issues and never arrived, and Amazon customer service was garbage with fixing the issue, so I messaged the company directly. One of the co-founders, Kim, replied almost instantly to my message. She sorted it out in record time, and was a great communicator throughout the process. Truly a great company - 10 out of 10 recommendation for buying from them!

⭐️✨This is a 15 star tool💫🌟
I am reclaiming briar, blackberry, and scotch broom infested land. In the Pacific Northwest we are always fighting these invasive species, plus keeping fir and alder in check. I refuse to use chemicals and wanted a tool rather than a brush grabber that needed to be hooked up to a quad. Oh, yeah…. I am 69 and do this stuff myself😊. By the time I paid sales tax this was in the neighborhood of $540! This is not an amount of money to sneeze at! I looked for reviews about blackberry root balls etc… and didn’t see anything about the type of clearing I intended to use it for. Soooooo. I was nervous and super excited for it to arrive! It is worth every penny!!!!! I have pulled blackberry root balls, fir starts, briar root systems, scotch broom weeds!!!!! The important thing to know is it was with minimal effort. The things I pulled came out like butter!😊 It would have been hours of backbreaking digging with a mattock and hours of additional root pulling just to accomplish what I did today “test driving” the tool for 15 minutes. It was carefully shipped and is a sturdy substantial tool you will have and use for life! I am a very pleased customer who’s an older woman! If I can use it you can too! I would give this item 15 stars if I could!

too expensive, but works as stated
It absolutely works. However, the cost is at least $150 more than can be justified by any degree of imagination. I needed it badly and bought it anyway.

Where has this been all my life
I have successfully used this to remove bittersweet, young tree saplings, multiflora rose (so far!) and intend to use this to remove all the other roses and invasives that I am able to. It was expensive but I'm so happy I opted for this item (instead of the small tree poppers). My partner and I now go "Tree Popping" which frankly has added spice to life. I am relieved to finally be able to tackle these plants and not have to hire a landscaper to do this for me (although I do have larger plants that I will have to hire out eventually)

Satisfied customer
I had some questions for the company when I received my tree popper and can say that their attention to quality and customer needs is top shelf. I've been able to use the large tree popper to clear off about a half acre so far and it does a great job on most of the range it is designed for. It really depends on the tree species (and root formation) as to how difficult, or easy, it is to remove. Up to 1" diameter are easy, larger trees require some muscle. My boys and I found evergreens to be simple to remove, while certain hardwoods posed more of a challenge. When we encountered a stubborn tree, we simply changed our approach angle several times and were able to remove it. I am pleased with the tree popper and am very pleased with the customer service offered.

Outstanding addition
I bought this took to respond to a very pervasive problem. While I was overseas, I had a tenant in my house. They did not take care of my flower beds and this resulted in many beds having 8’+ trees upon me growing back. The flower beds are bricked in so this makes digging the trees out very difficult. This tool is study, well built, and durable. It is relatively easy to use and I’ve used it to rip at least 30 trees ranging from 4’ to 10’ from my flower beds so far. Even my neighbor watched in amazement at how well this product worked. You obviously still have to be strong enough to force the leverage, but I love my purchase.

Well built , very sturdy
It works well on privet and especially on honeysuckle. So far, I've had no success with small trees with over an inch or 1.5 inch diameter, they're too strong. 2 inches max diameter might be pushing it, it's very close. I'm 6 ft and 200 lb and I can't pull out anything that big, even by bouncing on it with all my weight. It cuts the time down by half at least, maybe 4x. The amount of effort required drops by 10x, no exaggeration. It's pretty satisfying to use too. I've had good results so far with a slow, steady pull. It grips surprisingly small stuff too but those tend to snap more often than not. I think $400 is a bit high but I wasn't able to find anything close to this. However, there's a good chance I will be dead before this thing breaks.
