Excellent, rich in flavor and smooth in texture. I used it in a lemon drizzle cake; flavor came out wonderfully. Despite the price it was a good purchase.

Essential lemon oil diluted in vegetable oil to be added to cakes and in lieu of lemon zests. It enhances the flavour of the lemon drizzle cake. Good quality.
