Comfortable and effective
These wrist braces are very comfortable and thin enough to wear while sleeping. They easily adjust with the Velcro straps and the material is soft enough that it doesn’t irritate my skin as some of the other braces I’ve tried have done. The quality is very good and the price is reasonable. Much better than the drug store variety that I’ve purchased in the past.

Believe your doctor when they say you can get relief from pain
I was diagnosed with Carpal tunnel & was told to use wrist guards. The first week or so of wearing these made me be a bad patient due to them being uncomfortable, and I would take them off after an hour or so. But this made me notice how bent my wrist were while sleeping. I decided to finally listen to my doctor & actually wear them all night. In less than a month, my wrist pain is barely noticeable. It took me years to tell my doctor how much wrist pain I had.A month after using these every time I sleep, I ordered 2 more pairs & keep one pair upstairs & one down, plus a spare for when I misplace a pair. These are worth every penny! Relief from pain is finally here. If you have put off buying them — this is your chance for relief. If you still don’t order them - at least make notice of how bent your wrists are when you go to sleep. Don’t wait until you have damage to your wrists like I do.When you finally buy them — use them daily to see if you feel relief. I do have one suggestion though - mark them left or right some how as they are bothersome on the wrong hands

Not the most comfortable, but supportive
Let's start with the positives. The brace is relatively comfortable to wear, with soft materials that don't cause irritation during the night. The adjustable straps allow for a customized fit, which is essential for proper support without feeling too tight. Additionally, the ergonomic design does provide some level of support to the wrist, helping to alleviate symptoms to some extent. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Despite the adjustable straps, I found that the brace tended to slip or shift during the night, compromising its effectiveness. This resulted in inconsistent relief and sometimes even discomfort as I had to readjust it throughout the night.Furthermore, while the materials seem decent, the durability of the brace is somewhat questionable. After just a few weeks of nightly use, I noticed some signs of wear and tear, particularly in the stitching and Velcro closures. This raises concerns about its long-term effectiveness and value for money.Overall, the Carpal Tunnel Wrist Brace Night Support is a decent option for those seeking relief from mild carpal tunnel symptoms. However, its tendency to shift during the night and questionable durability prevent me from giving it a higher rating. It may be worth considering if you're on a budget or need a temporary solution, but there are likely better options available for those seeking more reliable support and durability.

Great product
Very good bargain and quality. Does not show dirt. Looks like an accessory, vs. medical device.

Needs major improvement
I've been wearing a wrist brace to support a possible (undiagnosed) carpal tunnel issue in my right hand. I have the the numbness in my fingers, tingling, whole arm/fingers fall asleep and feel like needles and pins if I sleep on it wrong. I bought another brace previously, back in December and wore it daily to work, and even to bed at times when I really was having to overuse my hand at work. It was amazing to me how well it worked to keep the worst of the numbness and pain away. Moving forward to a week and a half ago.... I took my brace off after work, and lo and behold, it's gone missing. I've torn up the house and car looking for it. I went two days without a brace, and regretted it. I didn't remember in my desperation, to look back at my previous Amazon orders just to order a replacement. Instead, I ended up buying this one.Let me just say, compared to my last, this one is just not good. I have MONTHS of wearing a brace to make a comparison. I don't know how this brace manages to feel flimsy and yet immobilizes my hand to to the point that all I can do is wiggle my fingers. And yet...it's flimsy. I can't tighten it in a way that actually helps. I wore it to bed the first night, and work up with my fingers tingling, so it definitely wasn't doing the job I needed it to do. I've put it on at the onset of the pain and tingling, and don't feel the immediate relief that I felt with my previous brace. My suggestion to the makers of this product is that it needs a redesign. My number one issue with it is that the upper velcro tighter is too highly placed. Why is it all the way up on the lower half of my hand? How does that placement help with WRIST support? And then the second lower velcro band is again, too low to actually do anything either. I appreciate the idea that the metal piece is removable, however the brace is completely saggy and useless without it. Without the metal, I could tighten it, but it was like wearing a thin saggy dress sock, and again, since the velcro is poorly placed, it actually did little to nothing to compress my wrist to help my issue.Would I recommend? Oh, no, definitely not, especially if you need wrist support. I did just look through all my past orders and was able to find my previous brace, which is by Carpal Tunnel Solutions. That one has the velcros properly placed. The Small/Medium fit me perfectly as a petite 5' tall female. I would recommend the M/L for anyone else. Take the time to look that one up if you need both the metal stabilizer and the wrist support.
