Just needed an adapter to get the butane from the tank to the kitchen torch, and this worked well. The plastic didn't melt or deform while using it, and it was the perfect conduit to get butane from the container to the torch. There's lot of other pieces that's included so I'm sure one of those tips will be the right one for your needs.

This butane tank adapter is exactly what I needed. It fits all my refillable torches and makes refueling simple and clean. The build quality is solid, and it’s easy to use right out of the box. I have a slightly oddball application for an adapter to fill a butane powered soldering pencil and almost none of the other adapters I have work well although I can get enough gas in despite the blowby to make the thing work. Since the soldering pencil was made in China I hoped that at least one of these adapters would do the trick. NO SUCH LUCK. I have never seen a butane fill port that these tips might work with. If you are someplace else in the world, maybe. Good thing that they are cheap but my search goes on.

Bought them to refill a lighter for the grill. Don’t really need them. I was able to just plug in the can and fill it without these adapters. I don’t know if I’ll ever need to use them in the future. It’s not worth the trouble to return them.

Provides a good fit for butane canisters that don’t have a proper tip for refilling. There is some leak though, but not too much of an issue.

We needed to recharge our kitchen torch and this this did what it was supposed to do.
