I love the price, the package and the general performance. Out of the box it had issues and required a refresh (Windows 11 reinstall using rescue/restore). Prior to that it would not work with Windows update and locked up a couple of times. After reinstalling Windows, it has worked flawlessly and meets all expectations.I suspect this is simply a production issue and may not be true for all units. If you are comfortable using Windows recovery and setting up a new system you will not be disappointed with the outcome! The Passmark results are compared to all systems tested. Mid-range is more than reasonable at the price paid.

I've been using this mini PC for over 3 months now and it has exceeded all my expectations in gaming and as a media server. It boots up in seconds and everything from a web browser to a game opens up right away. I also use Plex on it and it has no problem transcoding a 4K video file. The Ryzen 7 CPU handles anything I throw at it and I have plenty of storage space with the 512GB drive. It has two RAM slots and comes with one 16GB stick and a free slot that I added another 16GB for 32GB of RAM to. The BIOS is open/unlocked and is extremely customizable and allows you to customize everything from voltage to what temp the fan kicks in. It is also quiet and temperatures have been good. I am overall very happy with my mini PC and expect it to be futureproof for at least a few years. Good value for a good PC.

Been using it for almost a year, and it has worked really well. It's small, portable, and it's good for its price. Would recommend to anyone, since it runs AAA games at a decent frame rate for its price, and it also works perfect for editing videos

I bought this to use in the living room as a light gaming/emulation pc. The first thing I noticed, as another reviewer posted, the a/c adapter sparks like crazy when plugging into the pc. It's doesn't matter which you plug in first, the barrel connector, or the 3 prong plug, it will spark. Second, if you consider installing a bigger drive, good luck finding drivers. There is no downloadable support from the manufacturer web site. I spent over an hour searching forums for an indication of what wifi driver to use. You will also need to go to AMD's website to download their driver tool to get the AMD graphics chipset identified correctly. Third, even though the driver appeared correct for the graphic chipset, performance was horrible. I installed RetroArch and was unable to get any game to run without stuttering. My Raspberry Pi 3 runs emulation better than this thing. So, I thought maybe I didn't have it configured correctly. Loaded Battlenet so I could try Diablo IV, which runs great on my Steam Deck. It couldn't even load the title screen without stuttering. And finally, the straw that broke the camels back. I inserted an USB drive into one of the USB 3.0 ports and my wireless keyboard quit. I thought maybe it was the keyboard, as I ordered it along with the PC. So, I tried a Microsoft wireless mouse. It wouldn't work either. Tried a Logitech combination wireless keyboard and trackpad. Nope. Unplugged the USB drive (which was not new, I've been using it for months) and the new keyboard went back to working. There is just too much wrong with this thing, it's going back today.

The computer itself is good enough, especially for the price. But the incompatibility with Logitech peripherals makes this next to useless. I wish I would’ve figured that out soon enough to get a refund
