The chair is very easy to assemble (aside from using the wrong words in the instruction manual, but you can infer what it means easily), it is super comfortable, and looks great. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support makes it easy to adjust to your liking. The tilt function is nice, however, the tilt lock on the chair I received is pretty horrible. At first when I locked it it would slide a little bit, but not too much. Within a couple days the lock got worse and I have to avoid leaning too hard against it or it begins to slide back - this is mainly an issue when sitting in a very upright position. This also hurts it's ability to remain ergonomic when I place it to help my posture and it immediately moves. If this wasn't an issue, I'd probably bump it to 5 stars. Edit - I contacted the seller and they determined that I had a faulty tilt mechanism and quickly got one in the mail for me. 5 stars for customer service alone.

I've had this chair for just about 3 months now, and it has remained as stable as it was the first day I assembled it. Assembly instructions were straightforward for the most part, but one tip is to take time to align each part before tightening all of the screws. I had to try a couple of times to loosen, adjust, then tighten to get the chair to be aligned. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and solid. Pros: Customer service was excellent and very responsive to my inquiry Looks modern and goes well with any white or black desk Has good height settings and even fits small spaces Backrest adjustable lumbar support and head support The recline option is nice for watching movies The chair can really lean forward enough to put your back into a healthy working position, unlike most "executive" office chairs The seat is wide, but does not make it difficult for smaller people to sit in Cons: Assembly required tweaking, and some of the arm bolts are not really long enough to ease the assembly (took some tries to align the bolts with the screw holes) Likely not sufficient for sitting in for more than a couple of hours at one time The connection of the chair to the rolling leg assembly is just a press fit which is hard to keep level, but not a major issue Bottom line: I looked around EXTENSIVELY for hours to get a solid and comfortable chair that would be good for both studying and gaming. I looked on Amazon, Wayfair, Staples, Office Max, and even tried some in store. I decided not to go with the cheaper gaming chairs on Amazon with foot rests due to quality concerns. This chair is good quality, but sturdiness depends on how well you can assemble the chair. The components themselves are all great quality for this price point. The chair suits my needs and looks good as well. You're only better option is to spend twice as much if not more on ergonomic chairs.

Eight months into my COVID teleworking adventure (so thankful to still have a job), it was finally time to splurge and buy a better home office chair. The one I had been using was bought for the looks and not the support. The reviews for this chair seemed decent and the price point was great...I know I didn't want to spend many hundreds of dollars on a home office chair. The chair arrived on-time, it was packaged nicely, the assembly instructions were easy to follow, each piece-part of the chair is sturdy, it went together easy, and is comfortable and supportive. I actually bought one of the other lower priced Hbada chairs (the one with the flip-up arms) as well. With the kids and I all working from home, they were clamoring for a better chair to sit on as well...I thought I would try both Hbada types. Both chairs are darn good. I've absolutely sat on better (my chair at work is one of those costly, super supportive chairs), but as I said, that is not what I was looking for (or expecting) with this purchase. I am completely satisfied 100% thus far with both. I prefer the Hbada with the head support a wee-bit more, but both chairs are great.

Good back support. I like the fact that the arm rest height is adjustable so if I want to be closer to my desk I can put them over or under my desk without problem. Also the arm rest is soft plastic.

Great product for the price. Been a few days so far so can't really comment on durability but it looks sturdy and pretty good quality. Lumbar support amazing and cushion comfy so hope stays this way. Packaging and instructions were to the point so this comes highly recommended.

Lei muchos de los revisiones antes de comprar la silla. Yo mido 173 CM y la silla queda muy bien. El base es muy ancho y tomando su tiempo puedas ajustar altura, brazos, lumbar, reclinacion y la cabasera logrando un confort impresionante. Pense que los brazos no tenian colchon pero si tienen un cubierto colchonado y comodo. La unica critica seria el base/silla. Muy ancho y amplio pero no muy comodo y como la gran mayoridad de sillas corta la circulacion de las piernas tantito. Nada grave y buen valor, creo que va a poner un colchon de gel sobre este con el motivo de mejora el confort un poco. Recomendado sin duda, muy ajustable!

Es una silla muy cómoda, cumple con su función. Tiene control de altura e inclinación, también los descansabrasos se pueden ajustar en altura. Por el precio, esperaba una mejor calidad en los plásticos; no son malos pero para un precio de casi 5,000 MNX esperaba un poco más. El ensamble es un poco complicado porque las instrucciones no son muy claras y me tocó que algunos barrenos venían desfasados, lo que complicó el apriete de los tornillos. Viene con todo lo necesario para armarse (herramienta y pernos).

At first, I thought it was a decent chair, albeit a bit pricey but less than 6 months in, the metal part is broken. Not worth the money, sorry.
