Brilliant Tag – Reliable and Easy to Use
The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 is absolutely brilliant. It’s compact, lightweight, and highly reliable. I’ve attached it to my keys, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing I can easily track them if misplaced. The setup was seamless with the SmartThings app, and the range is impressive. It works perfectly with my Samsung phone, and the sound alert is loud enough to hear even when the tag is buried in a bag or under a cushion. The design has also been improved, is durable, and is water-resistant, which makes it great for everyday use. Battery life is excellent so far, and it’s reassuring to know it will last a long time before needing a replacement.Overall, this is a fantastic little device that does exactly what it promises. It is highly recommended to keep track of your belongings without fuss.

Overpriced, but they are one of the only options for Android users.
Overpriced, but they are one of the only options for Android users. Sadly...They work well though, easy to set up and connect, and they give me peace of mind when travelling with bags, tracking my car etc.

Must for Samsung Users
Brilliant, defo value for money when going on trips and trying to locate your luggage. Very easy to replace battery. Accuracy has never let me down. Noise level is surprisingly good when in find mode. connectivity is much better than majority of brands

Reliably find your stuff
Arrived on time, these trackers are easy to attach securely and provide good location data. They are a little big to hide but useful for finding lost items, even within the house not just in the wider world. No view yet on battery life but they are easily replaceable which I feel is important, I don't want to replace the tags when the battery dies because someone (who shall remain nameless) uses the find my device many times each day!

Excellent. Easy to install but as there are 4 do not mix them up.
Excellent. If you have Smart Things already installed a breeze to set up. Pull out the strip to let the battery work and the app finds them seamlessly. The only thing to remember is that as there are four of them and there is no distinguishing mark make sure to do them one at a time and remember which one is which. Best done by renaming them in the app and attaching them were needed.

Useful bit of kit
Was dubious at first being solely reliant on Bluetooth and locked into the Samsung ecosystem but has worked well and stood up to the tests of frequent global air travel. Now have multiple tags for all my luggage and carry on when travelling for work and have been able to track my bags without any issue even when my bags have landed up in a different location to me!! If your a samsung galaxy owner I would highly recommend. Small compact, robust with great battery life. I also keep one in the car as frequently parked in airport long term parking and have always known exactly where my car has been. For the price I think they're well worth the money spent for the utility and peace of mind these tags offer.

Fantastic, worth the money
Our suitcases did not arrive at airport with us, we could see they were in LA, we were in Tahiti - the flight was bound for Tahiti. They told us baggage was still in departure airport New Zealand but we knew differently. Following morning woke up to find app said luggage now back at Tahiti - collected no problem. When not travelling use in handbag and cars

Not worth it.
I got this to locate my cats. I've spent 2 days looking for the collar after my cat knocked it off. I can't even connect to it whilst walking around the allotments though it connected yesterday and said near by before dissappearing. It shows approximate location unless you are using the near by search/ ring option. You have to have an android and use Bluetooth. It will ping off other androids if they have Bluetooth on, which is great if you live in a built up area but not in the countryside like me.This tracker is highly rated but at times shows my cat, who are next to me, being down the road before i manually refresh again for it to correct. In other words, they randomly jump around the map even when having updated whilst they are next to me.The near by search is temperamental. My cat will be in front of me and say it near by but not register he is in front, it will show a half green circle and nothing to say you have actually found the item. I can walk passed my cat and it won't say anything. The ring can be too quiet even when it is loud ( not a big issue with cat) however if you can't call the item to you, it will be a challenge finding it without putting you ear up to things. You do have the option to change the sound but even that doesn't help.
