Set after the events of the hit TV series, this follow-up film focuses on meth cooker Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) and his attempts to put his criminal past in the rear view mirror. That proves to be easier said than done, however, as Jesse's efforts to come up with the cash he needs to procure a new identity are intercut with revealing flashbacks to what set him on this path. With Jesse Plemons, Krysten Ritter, Robert Forster, Jonathan Banks, Charles Baker, Matt Jones, and Bryan Cranston. 122 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English. Region Free Review: Very good - A good companion piece to the fantastic Breaking Bad show. It literally continues where the last season left off. Review: Concludes Jesse's story - It gives a good conclusion to Jesse's story.

Good addition to Breaking Bad universe
It a good addition to the Breaking Bad Universe. We now know what happened to Jesse after the end of the show, and it's nice that he got a happy ending. As a movie, though, it's not a masterpiece, but it has its moments.

Essential for Breaking Bad fans
It provides a great coda to the original TV series; I enjoyed seeing so many familiar characters, and some new ones to boot. The relationship between Jesse Pinkman, Badger and Skinny Pete was crucial to the series and its developed further in the spin off. Ultimately its a story of love and redemption, and it is almost as good as the series it finishes. Eminently rewatchable.
