I love this computer. Before I set it up, I made sure I had all my passwords printed and that everything was backed up, in case I needed it for this computer. When I set this one up, I signed in and everything transferred. I didn't need to look up one password to sign into all my apps; it was just all there when I signed into the computer itself. It has great performance, enough ports for what I use the computer for, great storage capacity, and a sleek appearance. It's extremely easy to use, and I got a great product for the money I paid. Would 100% buy again.

I'm very satisfied with this computer. I wasn't sure of some of the details, and I don't know much about computers, so I chose what I think was the most powerful option on each feature, because I don't want to have to deal with another new computer for a really long time (hopefully never). And yet the price seemed very good. I was forced into changing to Windows 11by Microsoft's announcement on not supporting Windows 10 on my old computer. It's been a few weeks and so far, so good. It was easy to set up and looks almost like new. And mine came with a VGA port, which I didn't expect from the online description/pic, so I didn't even need an adapter to use with my old monitor. The speed seems great; my old computer was like driving an old garbage truck and this new one is like driving a Porsche.

I have to say this is a kick butt computer!!! I was a little bit dubious about buying it, because of looking at some of the reviews. But I’m so glad I did! I ended up buying one for myself and one for my husband. We were upgrading from Windows 10, and we are definitely not disappointed! The 32 gig memory is definitely a plus, as my husband and I are blind, and we use screen readers, which are definitely memory hogs. I would definitely recommend buying this! You can never go wrong with Adele after all.😁

Let me tell you a story about this company, United PC TEK.FRIST don’t do business with them!$440 later I received one of their higher end PC referbs.I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. This is the second rebuilt Dell we have gotten, and we are sold. Our first rebuilt Dell from 6+ years ago has outlasted a new one that I purchased around the same time. You get such a boost in speed and memory compared to the price of a new computer. If your concern is how long it will last, buy the expended warranty, and you are still way ahead on the price for a new computer.

As stated by a previous customer unit lasted six months and died. it goes into a support assist mode a state's everything is good, but will not load. opened up the computer and saw that SSD card is a Kingfast 10 and I read it is the lowest and cheapest and has the most issues with. Thanks amazon.

Excellent PC for the price! I have not had any issues with this tower. It always works and there are no glitches at all! It's super fast for my line of work. I work remotely day and night and am always on the computer working on multiple platforms, and have never had any issues.

Ça fait une semaine que mes enfants l'utilise et il marche a merveille. Très rapide. J'avais de la difficulté a repartir le disque dur mais la recherche d'une solution est en cours. Je recommande.

We ordered two identical refurbished Dell OptiPlex 3060 SFF PCs for business use. While one unit works perfectly, the second unit has a hardware issue and only detects a single display, despite using the same monitors, cables, and setup. This caused delays in deployment to our employees. Delivery was also delayed by a couple of days. Overall, mixed experience due to inconsistent quality between units. Hoping for a smooth replacement process.

Well packaged, easy to set up. No issues thus far. I particularly like the warranty that came with the machine. I was not anticipating that on a refurbished machine.Will make a point of looking for this company for possible future purchases.Cannot speak to the wireless internet function as I use wired internet wherever possible.
