Flavour is mad nice best one for flavour , doesn't give me the tingles like some Press but for the price it is a decent pre workout as I don't have as much breaks as normal Energy level: Mad energy with this smashing goals with no breaks

Quality is great, takes around 20 minutes to kick in, slight itchiness but not major. Happy with the product and helps with the workout

Did nothing.
This pre workout doesn’t do anything. Might be the worst brand I’ve ever used. Does not give me any energy or focus and if anything I feel more fatigued in the gym. I am used to taking preworkout and I have tried this at different doses (heaped scoop, level scoop, half a scoop), it is still useless. The cherry cola tastes really sour.
