What is the difference between 2nd and 3rd edition?

The only difference between the 2nd Edition and 3rd Edition is the Husband and Wife cards are switched out with the Harvester and Gatherer. There may be some slight grammar or spelling corrections within the cards or rulebooks, but nothing of note.

Does this version still have the famer and his wife?

Third edition, replaced the husband and wife for harvester and gatherer. This changed the art for the two cards too. It also changed the text on the farm appropriately.
