Gluten free, ramen, ramyeon, tasty.
I don’t know why this works for me but it does. GF can be limiting but this is a satisfying ramen/ramyeon. Even though the sodium is relatively low I tend to use about 1/2 the soup pack but I usually make it with bone broth which already has sodium so that’s probably why. This is one of my favorite GF noodles.

Very good quality noodles
It is very hard to find good quality gluten free noodles and these are so good. The have the right amount of chew and don't taste weird. The only downside is the amount. The package says 2 servings, but it's not filling enough for 1 serving. However, I have bought more of these as an additional ingredient to the soups I make. :)
