Liquid silk!
I LOVE this!!! It literally feels like putting liquid silk on your face. I found this after receiving the lotion in an Ipsy bag. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for such a large bottle. Absolutely try this.

Soapy. Not a toner.
I had high hopes for this after receiving a sample size of the moisturizer. The moisturizer was unavailable so I ordered this. This is like soap and oil mixed together. Yes I have shaken it. If used as toner you would have to wash it off bc of the soapy stickiness left on your face. It does feel soft going on. I may not have received an authentic item. There is no way for me to know. Review for Dr Frog water full charge essential toner.
