They requested a video of the foot movement section to offer a more accurate fix, which I provided upon my return home on April 3, 2024. Successful Resolution: After following their latest video instructions, I successfully replaced the faulty foot massage piece. The noise issue was resolved, and the chair worked perfectly again. Overall Experience: Throughout the entire process, customer service was very professional, patient, and helpful. They provided timely updates, clear instructions, and ensured that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Even after the resolution, they reached out on May 8, 2024, to ask for feedback and ensure everything was working well with the chair. I use my chair at least 4 times a week. I have had it for about 5 weeks now. The first time I used it the rollers hurt me. I am not use to the message. I learned to adjust the pressure and it feels so good now. The chair was delivered on time and it is already put together. It came with a nice rug also. It has an extra mat to place on the chair as well. I like this mat. I would recommend.
