This thing works great. I took it on a trip overseas and it work like a champ charging 4 phones at once. It is nice that it come with a pouch for all the pieces. The size is perfect for traveling and gives you a lot of options for different plug types. It is easy to switch from one adapter to another. Seems to be durable, I had no issues on my trip. I would highly recommend!

I bought this so that I could plug multiple devices into a single outlet. It works perfectly! My whole family was able to charge all of their devices without having to argue over who got to use the outlet. Worth every penny.

I bought this item because it had multiple USB ports and that I would be able to use it both on my travels as well as once I returned home. All 4 USB ports work individually, though I only ever used 2 at a time while traveling. Worked well to charge an iPhone, a Samsung Galaxy, and Fitbit Device as expected based on the charging cords capabilities. I really like the convenience of it. It is small enough that I could easily fit it in my purse to take it out with me and there were outlets often enough that my phone didn't die on this trip.Due to either my travel partner knocking into it while plugged in or from carrying it around with me the EU adaptor prong got slightly bent, but it still works just fine.I am very excited to be able to use this at home as well as we are always running out of wall chargers or convenient available outlets to plug them into when friends come over. The limited time I have been back, I have used this instead of the multiple wall charger ports for each device and it has been working great. I have not tried using all 4 USB ports at one time to charge multiple devices due to reading reviews that warned of overheating when that occurs but have used 3 at a time and have been just fine with that.

SO GLAD I bought this charger! Initially, I bought it as a "back-up" for the other travel adapter plugs we were bringing on our trip. THANKFULLY I did because this became the only real charger we needed AND our others wouldn't have worked. We traveled to Ireland where they use the UK 3-prong outlets, which we had with one of our adapters BUT our [older] adapters aren't made for electronics, which were really the only things we needed to charge. The LENCENT charger is fast-charging, which was AMAZING so we could quickly recharge everything we needed. (Plus, generally adapters do not work for heavy-duty items like hair dryers and irons so all of the places we stayed provided those in-room for guests).One thing I also like about this charger is how compact it fits in the outlet. It's very cleverly designed and hard to understand from the Amazon photos. You slide the adapter component over the regular 2-prong U.S. one which is retracted into the back of the charger in the upward position (it aligns with the edge). The adapter is then at a right angle as it would otherwise be and plugs smoothly into the wall. That is has 4 USB ports for charging is even better. What a powerhouse buy!!

Super useful to have a small device that offers multiple USB outlets. Also very practical if you ever travel aboard as there are multiple adapters.

We purchased this to use for an international trip from the United States to the UK and Spain. This was so handy, because we could use it before and during the trip, regardless of which country we were in. If you are in the United States or anywhere that uses that type of plug, you don't need to use one of the adapters. But if you are in another country, you just slide on the appropriate adapter to be able to use it. It's also great that it has four USB ports instead of just one or two. And the plug-in on the back folds in to help make it a little more compact, which is great if you are really trying to maximize space in your luggage.I'd definitely recommend this charger, whether for home use or travel.

Bought this for travel but I have one I use at home. It's great because it stays in the outlet and only uses one of the pair leaving the other to some other use. In my ancient house with not enough outlets that's a necessity!
