I live and breathe board games and am always looking for the next “it” game for our game nights. What attracted me to Tightrope was its packaging. It instantly communicated how to play. I can confidently say after multiple rounds that I was not disappointed. The game was an immediate hit with our family, ages 5 to 85. Mechanically, Tightrope is quite simple. Yet in practice it develops dramatic tension as players attempt to be the first to balance all their marbles on crisscrossing elastic bands. Tightrope offers strategic variety that keeps you playing game after game. By changing the paths of the elastic bands, it is never same game twice. WARNING. Highly addictive. Like M&Ms, you can never have just one. Tightrope begs to be played again and again.

I love this game. I like to play it more cooperatively than competitively. It's fun to play with family and friends.

I purchased this game for my 7 year old granddaughter and she loves this game! Plays it all the time. The price was very reasonable. It is age range appropriate. Well made product. I would highly recommend it.

I was worried that this game would be easy and the kids would quickly tire of it. But, it turns out that it's more challenging than you think! The directions are well written and pretty simple. We do add one more band per person make it a little easier for the younger kids. We tried to play it on a not-so-flat surface, and that was really frustrating. You really need to play it on a level surface, or be prepared to put something under the board to keep it as level and steady as possible. Some times the game is short, sometimes it's long!

Great gift for the family, easy to set up and put away.

I bought it for my 8-year-old granddaughter. It was fun at first, but after a few plays, it got boring.

This turned out to be a great game to play with our grandchildren over the holidays. I think the adults had as much fun as the kids. Depending how the bands are placed for each game, it adds fun to the game because each game will be different. It is fun yet challenging to get all the marbles to stay without falling. It provided lots of laughter. I highly recommend this game.
