Beautifully packaged
Upon first sight of package I knew it was going to be good. From the packaging to the beautiful presentation inside and out. Aswell as it being a Beautiful fragrance.Very Very Happy

Wonderful fragrance
Had these in the past and the smell and liquid has lasted for 4/5 weeks even longer sometimes, this time it lasted less than 2 weeks which was really disappointing. The aroma in the house however was absolutely gorgeous if only for a short time. I didn’t think much at the time but the box was quite crushed up and looked a little sorry for itself but it didn’t matter as it was only for me and not a gift, now I’m wondering if it was old stock and had been sent by accident as I know Valentte would never send anything in this condition. I did inform the seller and they were wonderful and have offered me a replacement which is why I’ve given a 5 star for customer service and the aroma as you really can’t fault the fragrance.

Hardly any smell and not worth the money.
For a luxury reed diffuser I think it's absolutely rubbish! I have it in my bathroom which is quite small and there is hardly any smell coming from it. I even put 4 more reeds in but it hasn't made any difference! Very disappointed.
