WARNING! Came in damaged box from Las Vegas with an American plug. Difficult to return

Bought for my daughter to blend baby food for her baby. Blew up on the first time of using, nobody was hurt but it was a near thing. Contacted the seller and got no response.This appliance is dangerous and should be avoided at all cost.

Please don’t buy this product because this is not suitable for uk household , voltage is 120v

The product description is misleading as it fails to mention anywhere that the item comes with an American plug and operates at 120V. This is not compatible with the UAE power system.When I reached out to the seller to address the issue, they were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problem.If I purchase from Amazon.ae, I expect products to either be compatible with UAE standards (plug and voltage) or for this information to be clearly stated in the description.Disappointed with the lack of transparency and seller support.Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

This is 100% a no-regret purchase for me.It's solid, has great variable power that's controlled solely by your trigger finger, making adjustment very intuitive and easy.I also love the surface and quality of the build.Cleaning is so convenient, and this is probably why I've ended up using this on a daily basis. Twisting off the blade portion is effortless, and it gets cleaned off immediately, easily, and done. It takes 10 seconds to clean.My sister saw me use it once and ordered one immediately. She loves hers, too.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again.

In the past, I had an immersion blender from a thrift shop and thought such gadgets were totally worthless, but read on a cooking blog about it being one of the author's "must have" tools. So I decided to get a good one and find out if I agreed. Boy, do I! I make my dog's food, and it has to be in small bits, as she is totally toothless. I'd previously spent lots of time chopping veggies before cooking, but with this blender, I can cook up a pot of ground meat, veggies, rice, whatever, with no chopping at all beforehand. When all is cooked, I just pop the blender into the pot and in no time, voila! I have a beautifully chopped, not-quite-puréed batch of dog food. I've also used the blender to make creamy soups and frozen smoothies, and it has handled chopping ice cubes amazingly well. I haven't used my regular blender since getting this, mainly because this one is so incredibly easy to clean! Just remove the blade unit, run it through hot soapy water and you're done. This is now one of my "must-have" kitchen items. Perhaps other brands are just as good, I wouldn't know... but I don't think you could find anything better than this KitchenAid. I am totally in love with it. And the red color is really pretty, too!
