Following the instructions but no light visible ?

Fairly easy to install. You will need lots of wire to interconnect the different components. Along with multiple connectors. You will have to reset the master code before you can orogramme your own code in but this is covered in the instructions. Position your magnet near the middle of the door just above or below the door catch, otherwise there is enough leverage on the door to pull it open. I had a second magnet and metal plate so I positioned 1 top and bottom. I also put smaller screws in the handle. Enough to allow the door to be opened when the lick Is undone, but should some try to yank the door open the handle will pull off way before the magnets give up. Meaning intruders no longer have anything other than a flush flat door to go at. Overall I'm very happy with this item. Supplier replied very quickly to one of my queries. Update### Unfortunately thus lick lasted 2 months with infrequently use, it was fitted to a garage side door. After the 2 months the magnet lost all it's strength, you could simply pull the door open. On contacting the seller they agreed to send me a new unit. Perfect I thought. Some time things do fail. But when I received the package they had only sent a new magnet. I did fit this but it turned out the main electronics were faulty. I contacted them again but they said they only provided one free item... The magnet.. Not the new unit they had said. So I would have to say from my experience avoid this product and this seller.

Would be good if had instructions on how to install

Has been working fine since installation 2 months ago. I also added a small UPS to keep the doors locked in case of power failure.

It’s value for money but needs better instructions for people that’s not used to this item before

Poor instructions, could not get it to work if you look at the video of the bench test there seems to be a separate control block not supplied.

Good product, easy to install if you already know the basics of access control systems but the directions they provide are a bit vague if you don't know anything about it.

Smaller magnet than I had thought. Great value for the money. Very easy to set up cards and fobs. Pretty good instructions. Hope it holds up.
