If I could give 0 Stars this will be it! I normally don't write reviews! But today I am!Do Not Order This Item! Its very Crappy Item and they will not let you return it! They are a rip off!I repeat Do Not Order This Item they will Not Issue A Return and Amazon can not help you get your return being that its a third party!!!!

Worst product and customer support ever
I am a novice crafter. I can design many things using a variety of programs. I decided to try a cutting machine so I could make personalized items for my family and students. I purchased the portrait 4 due to its portability and price.I have had the machine for a month. Therefore I can’t return it. After trying many video trainings, attempting to get product support, chatting with a bot and emailing with customer support, I am convinced that the Silhouette Portrait 4 has no support. The most I have been able to do is design, load my material, send to the machine, and get a message that the registration process failed.My bot emailer wants me to send a video so they can see what my problem is.THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE! And I’ve been purchasing for more than 60 years! I would give it 0 stars if allowed.

Missing parts
I disliked that it was missing parts..Can't even use it till I buy the replacement sketch pen holder
