I do not have WiFi. Can this camera still work without WiFi?

Yes, security camera system can work without network, plug and play for local view through a monitor/TV. But if you need remote through a smart phone device, you need plug Ethernet cable.

Does the nvr come with a pre-installed hard drive? If not, What size should I buy?

Yes, it does included 2TB hard drive. The NVR supports 3.5" Seagate/WD 6TB security hard drive, pls note if the hard drive is 3-6TB, it may need change an adapter for the NVR( 12V 3A or 5A),12v 2A adapter may be underpowered to drive the bigger HDD.

Not wireless

I'm very disappointed with my camera system because it said wireless but they lie .u have to plug them up.wireless mean no wire .I thought I just had to Bluetooth them or hook them up with wifi false..will not order anything else from this company.. wireless mean no wire or plug-in
