Bought this tool to remove a screw that would neither go in or go into reverse because the head was shredded. The pliers made quick work of removing the screw. The long handles and accommodating nose of the pliers contributed to making this an easy task to complete.

Effective for removing stubborn rusted screws where you need to use the grips face-on - less effective side-on because of the relatively short handles. I bought these partly in frustration - a rusty screw which was more interested in stripping the crosshead than undoing was risking damage to my classic Audi's front panel if I tried other tools, and the end-on teeth looked ideal. They worked - and it's a cheap tool so I'm happy, it did the one job I needed and is still in perfect condition so I am sure it will be used again! A stuck socket-headed screw for the timing belt cover defeated them side-on though - I had to use vice grips. If the handle on the pliers were longer I might have been able to apply more pressure to grip. Well worth the money, only skipping a fifth star because I am not sure the side grip strength is sufficient. Cheap enough to only care about using the nose to undo bad numberplate and trim screws though!

I have been using this almost a year. I don’t like to review hardware stuff before I give it a nice try especially in extreme use! This pliers is solid and unbelievably durable. The grip is great. Very comfortable and durable. Recommended !

Fantastic build quality with nice bright colours. This even came oiled! Helped me to fix up an IKEA item. Essential bit of kit.

I bought as replacement pliers, but got so much more. On the tips and in the middle are gaps made for opening nuts etc. , sharp cutters and tough enough to knock the occasional nail in, now an then. Thinking about getting another set as back up.

I just received the tool this afternoon and had to write a review. 10 Stars if Possible!!! I had 2 stripped screws from a new window blind installation. (The screws were bad quality). It was impossible to remove them as the inside of the screw stripped from a basic turn with a screw driver. I was so nervous and wasn't sure how to get them out of the frame. I tried using a rubber band around the mouth of pliers that I had on hand and nothing worked. I found these on Amazon last night and tried them as soon as they arrived. OMG. It worked for both!!! Less than a minute to remove each of the stripped screws. Highly recommend.
