honestly not sure why anyone would play pickleball in the dark but it was a gift and she loved them.

Great ball. Works well on the court
I gave it a 3 because it is a good ball but don't expect it to glow. It's faint and doesn't last very long. No sweat courts are lighted but thought it would be fun in the dark. Nope

Standard pickleballs
These play like any other Franklin pickleballs. The glow only lasts so long, but that's to be expected. Fun novelty factor more than anything, as you're never actually going to be playing at night on a non-lighted court.

Awesome with a catch
The media could not be loaded. Ok I got to play with these for the first time.The first day I got them I put the under a bright grow light for a few hours and by the time it got dark at the court they were not glowing at all.Tonight I went out with a different plan. I brought a flashlight with me and once it got dark and we couldn't see the normal ball any longer I gave these a 20-30 second shine all around and wow you can could these babies perfect.Just because I'm extra I also wanted a little shine on our paddles too so I added some glow in the dark tape. as well. You can see me in the video charging up the paddles.

Waste of money
I returned these balls because after charging them in the house they only held their glow for a few minutes. You'd have to find a way to charge them at dusk and then you'd only get a few minutes of play from them before they were too dim to see. The balls with LED lights work better.

Good solid brand as well as performance in dark lighting
These are a good brand of pickleballs and are for outside usage . They show up well in the dark. I use the same brand for daytime play in bright yellow color.
