Krusteaz Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour, 32 Oz

My mom, a really excellent cook, turned me on to the Krusteaz brand a long time (decades) ago, and I've never had a product from them that I didn't love. So I knew I'd like this gluten free flour blend, which I discovered because a particular recipe called for it. Totally satisfied!

Best GF flour ever!!!If you have to be GF buy this flour!! This changed the way I fell about having celiac! I can bake for my family like I did before! No after taste! No one knows it’s GF they just know it’s great bake goods!

This is the best gluten-free flour I have ever used, and I have used many of them with varying results. I have only been disappointed in this flour once because my cake crumbled...not bad, but enough I noticed. I sound discovered it wasn't the flour's fault, but the humidity's. It was a rainy day when I tried to back my cake. So, on cloudy or rainy days, I bake a sheet cake. The cakes are moist and the flour converts easily as a one to one ratio of regular all purpose wheat flour. I won't use anything else. Prices vary so check around before you purchase.

I absolutely love this all in one gluten free flour. I use it for pancakes, cupcakes, cakes, cookies... whatever you need. I have found it to work incredibly well as a substitute. I recently tried the gf flour from Costco and it was terrible, just terrible. We threw away the whole batch of pancakes bc they were fully cooked but gooey in the middle 🤢 I have never had those issues with this flour and I've also found it to be the best price of any available.

We love using this flour in our home. It’s versatile and we can make our GF treats without worrying about adding anything extra to the flour.

Great product, but don't buy off of here. Your local store will have this for a lot less
