If was very easy to setup and get Samsung DeX up and running. I like that I have enough ports and have extra to expand on. I really like that I have SD and microSD card slots, this makes for less mess of wires and clears up desk space for a separate item. I am confused about the charging recommendation. If you only use a 30 Watt device to power the dock, and it uses 8 Watts, you are down to 22 Watts to charge with. But that is not a tier of charging, no, meaning you are going to charge at 18 W to 22W. If you are using the 30 Watt charger from the device on the dock, you are screwed. It makes sence that devices are not charging if you do not have at least a 65 Watt powering every thing. So, if you don't have a 65 Watt brick, buy the one with the 65 Watt brick.

I bought the NEWQ Versatile USB C Docking Station in August 2024, and let me tell you, it’s the best tech decision I’ve made since realizing my toaster wasn’t waterproof. This thing is like the Swiss Army knife of docking stations, and I’m convinced it has a PhD in multitasking.First off, the number of ports on this bad boy is mind-boggling. It’s got USB A, USB C, HDMI, SD TF 4.0 reader, and even RJ45. I half expect it to start doing my taxes next April! It’s like a party on my desk, and all my gadgets are invited. I’ve plugged in so many devices at once that I’m starting to feel like a mad scientist in a tech lab.The rotatable dock feature is life-changing. I can spin my iPad around like a DJ at a club, which makes me feel like I’m the life of the party, even if that party is just me in my pajamas, pretending to work. It’s perfect for switching between watching cat videos and pretending to be productive on Zoom calls. I’ve even given my iPad a little twirl for dramatic effect during meetings. Who knew a docking station could add so much flair to my day?Then there’s the HDMI port, which lets me stream 4K@60Hz video like a pro. I’ve started hosting “movie nights” where my friends come over, and we marvel at how much better my TV looks than theirs. I’ve become the neighborhood tech guru, and I owe it all to this magical dock.The RJ45 port gives my iPad internet speeds that make my old setup look ancient. Lightning-fast downloads mean I can watch videos, browse, and meme to my heart’s content, all without a hitch. Pretty cool little thing I like it but it’s definitely a work in progress if you have a stationary tablet it’s great because all the hooking and unhooking it’s a bit much but it’s still a fun thing the charging speed isn’t great it fits just about all my tablets from 7” -12” whoppers it’s a bit complicated to figure out as it doesn’t come with any instructions but it’s like I said fun and it works for my Situation the functionality is not great as I have not figured out how to send images to a external screen yet and it’s great for the Ethernet connection because I get lightning fast speeds for my tablets so that’s a bonus

Out of the box, the metal bottom where the ports were located, felt a bit hollow & light, & I was worried but testing all of the ports, it seemed to be ok.I feel that the base could be a bit more "weighted" to prevent tip-over, which almost happened to my tab S10+, but was "saved" The charging input charges that device pretty slowly, even with a 68 & 80 watt fast charger via PD input while device is connected to the tablet.The other tablet charges fine (Legion Y700 3rd Gen) along with my phone/s. I like the fact that you can swivel to adjustbut be careful with the angle on larger tablets.The only port I haven't used yet is the 3.5m audio port, seeing that NOTHING mobile has a headphone jack anymore, so that's for tomorrow..Overall I'm pretty pleased with my purchase, and may get another for my desk.

Good value for money, usb port , sturdiness all good. But charging capability slow. I also found out this works well with a hdmi audio splitter. I bought the Orel hda -912 for my iPad so I could have it on a tv or monitor set up. Then play audio through splitter with headphones or home theater system.

-alright for a Legion Go, it's well built. The legs are a tad short and not the right shape to hold to the device.-Tall back plate can block the air vent, be mindful.Asides from that, everything else works as it should.

Great tool for me, a writer. I can put my phone or my iPad on there and either connect to monitor or charger. Just not both at the same time. Very handy as I make notes and look up references on my iPad and don't have to have multiple monitors hooked up to my laptop.

So, here are the list of devices I've tried with this, and all failed:-Samsung Galaxy S24-Samsung Note 20-Samsung S8-Microsoft Surface Laptop-Chromebook-And a couple of other random phones sitting around hereNONE of these devices were able to connect with any of the peripherals I hooked up to the docking station. I tried monitors (Display port with adapter and HDMI) standard wireless mouse with a dongle, keyboard with a dongle, webcam. not one of these devices worked, and the s24 (which the product information did confirm works with this docking station) did not even charge. I'm returning this, but wanted to share my experience. I'm honestly confused by the reviews stating this works with devices and am curious exactly which devices it works with since there were literally no devices in my house that would connect via this docking station. In fact, I found a cheap usb hub that is doing a bang up job of connecting all of these devices with my phone with no fuss. Essentially an expensive phone stand. Don't waste your money.

I have found this docking station to be great value it’s well made very versatile and as I am using it with my iPad Air for video editing it allows for external ssd which is great for editing,if you need hands free to use external mouse or keyboard this is great I fully recommend this stand.

Nach mehr als einem Jahr im Einsatz muss ich sagen, das Teil hat sich für mich super bewährt. Im Einsatz für mobiles recording / looping Setup spart es mir ständer & usb Hub als separate Units, das teil hält stabil mein Ipad Mini & Pro (2021). Problemlos Anschliessen von interface / keyboards / midi controller. Des weiteren auch SD Kartenslot immer gut funktioniert. Kann ich sehr empfehlen
