Easy!
This speaker phone is awesome. I was surprised how I only had to plug it in and it worked! No software/drivers etc. Just plug and play! The audio quality is amazing too.

Tired of your headset ringing in your ear? Get this!!
This thing is great to look at sitting on the desk but more importantly it has great sound quality I can hear everyone clearly and everyone can hear me as well I don’t know about background noise yet because I’m going to test it with my daughter later but it was very easy to set up it was basically just plug and play I didn’t need the the USB the little USB that comes with it I just literally just plugged it into my laptop and laptop recognized it in I was in business so if you’re tired wearing your headset you know if you’re tired of being tethered if you’ve got a wired headset and you’re tired of being tethered to the computer this would be great if you’re tired of your headset ringing in your ear which absolutely drove me crazy and was giving me a headache on this things so much better it’s basically like having your phone at your desk as when you were working from an office in you know working from home this works so much better so check it out

Great speaker!
Nice product. I use it everyday. I used to wear a headset all day due to my concern that people on conference calls hear me clearly. The feedback from everyone is that the sound is very clear and my end I hear everything perfectly. I did adjust the equalizer settings for better clarity with voices, it starts out with too much bass in my opinion. I highly recommend it for teams users.

Excellent speaker, if they send the right one.
This is a very powerful and high-quality speaker. The wireless blue tooth driver remains stable. The problem I had is I was sent a standard poly-sync without the Bluetooth dongle device even the description described it otherwise. After returning it and getting the one I needed, great product.

If you use Teams, this is a no brainer!
Speaker and microphone are top notch. I use via USB not blue tooth (yet) and it works great.

Problemetic bluetooth conncetion, unreliable.
After using this speaker for a couple of weeks, I find this is general good conference speaker if connected by cable. But has serious issue with bluetooth connection. 1st, the sound quality is pretty good when connected by USB cable. Full duplex works as expected. Mute button works well with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. The issue is the bluetooth connection between my phone and this speaker sometimes get severed for no specific reason. And this happens roughly once per 2-3 days when my phone was not even in use. This speaker and my phone would be just sitting there. And all of sudden, I heard a voice telling me connection to my phone is lost. And I had to reconnect manually. This is quite annoying. It even cut off once when I was in the middle of a phone call. Given I have multiple bluetooth earphones and mouse, and have never experienced this kind of connection issue with any other devices, it is likely this problem is more likely on the speaker side.
