Cons: None, save the inner Poly box could have been sealed with a tape. Be aware if your work computer does or does not permit you to install software as a user. Check your IT department. 10 Use but do not lose the small dongle, makes it all so much easier in a work setting. 11 Bluetooth pairing optional and perhaps a great option for cellphones.

We got this for our conference room at work. You just charge it and plug the dongle into the TV or computer, turn it on, and it connects to your audio right away. If it doesn't connect then press the meeting button and it will. Very user-friendly. Speaker is clear and easy to hear. It comes with a nice case too. Looks very professional.

I purchased this unit for my home office. I am on Zoom and Teams meeting for most of my day. I had a headset for the longest time and by the end of the day my ears were sore. The switch this unit has been amazing. The quality its great and the participants of my meeting say the quality of what they hear is perfect. I like that the unit gives me a clear signal I am on mute. In addition, the ability to mute/unmute right on the unit vs looking for the mute and unmute in the Zoom or Teams app. You can pick up an inbound call and increase or decrease the volume with a touch of the unit. It is a little big for portability but not enough to make me stop taking it on the road with me.

Works great, clear sound and no feedback

Starting WFH recently and had my laptop setup in clamshell mode tucked behind the external monitor. The Polysync 20 was a fantastic addition as I also needed speakers for the WFH setup. With average sound quality from the Polysync, it can get pretty loud - which is a good and bad thing. The only gripe I have with this speakerphone is the voice announcements from the speaker (not the computer). Every time I put the laptop to sleep or connect to my other laptop (via thunderbolt though docking station), the speaker announces that it is powering off and if your laptop volume is high before disconnecting, the speaker will also announce power off loudly. All in all, great speaker - just wished there was a mute switch or a setting to disable announcements.

Bought this for work calls because my computer audio is terrible. Works great. Really good sound quality.

The sound quality is great as you can hear the deep bass in people's voice. I won't be able to go back to even the high quality speakers in laptop. It is also full duplex, so I can speak and hear people's voice at same time and not have it cut out audio. Definitely worth every $!

Great microphone. I've tested about six bluetooth mics from different brands and Poly is better in terms of noise filtering, connection reliability and sound quality. The only downside is that there is no charging port at the bottom of the unit like at Poly 40 so the only way to charge is attached cable that will break at some point making the mic unusable.

Lo llevo conmigo a todas partes. El audio es simplemente excelente, he pedido retroalimentación de los otros interlocutores y siempre me indican que se escucha perfectamente. Como es portatil (tiene su propia batería) lo llevo a todas partes. Excelente para llamadas de Teams ya sea desde el móvil, portatil u ordenador. Tiene la funcción para conectarse por cable USB, Bluetooth con un dongle o BT normal. Detecta el Teams sin problemas, y puedes colocar mute, dar play a tu música con un botón personalizable, subir y bajar volumen, abrir y cerrar llamadas del móvil o del Teams. Me funciona bien con Google Meet, no lo he probado con Zoom. Lo recomiendo mucho, pero recomiendo mucho comprar la garantía de daños accidentales, tuve que usarla al dejarlo caer.
