Okuma Inspira ISX Spin Spinning Reel

2nd purchased, this time got in 4000 series.. just the same as my 2000 series.. super smooth.. paired with my M rod.. this is just a good quality reel :)

This reel feels solid and very well made. It’s lightweight, retrieves smoothly, and the drag is strong for its size. It performs like a much more expensive reel and looks great too. Excellent value overall.

Amazing reel, very smooth casting. Has max drag of 24lbs, more than enough for medium size to large Columbia river chinook. I've fished this in both freshwater and Saltwater. I specifically bought it for bobber and drift fishing and it hasn't disappointed. I've fought 25lb Nooks in local rivers here in WA. This reel is so versatile I bought a 2nd to put on another Okuma rod for spinner and bead fishing. The 1st reel I bought went on an SST 9'3 Okuma. The 2nd went on a shorter 8'6 SST Okuma for twitching, bobber an drift fishing. I wanted something larger than 3k but smaller than 5k. This was right in the middle and isn't too bulky. Tight Lines, Fish on!

Awesome camera. I have field tested almost 130 spinning reels in Hawaii and PNW. Smooth, light and the loudest drag to the Quantum reliance 30(deemed as the LOUDEST drag of the 130 field tested reels) but this reel is lighter, smoother and easier the handle. I got the 2k, 3k, 4k and 5k!!

Love this reel I paired it with the Okuma rockaway sp. Its super light weight and has great drag. The biggest con for me it not water tight so sand and saltwater does get in but with maintenance it shouldn’t be a problem
