Dropped a dollop of these on some sundried tomato and pesto pasta and everyone went wild! It’s like balsam vinegar boba, just a poop of flavor. Have also used for bruschetta… You should try them!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is non-returnable item... Which they should because the item is not received as sold. There are no pearls just liquid. Do yourself a favor and purchase form Cost Plus World Market. Amazon said they'd refund me but did not. FAULTY PRODUCT. AND RANCID

Had these at a restaurant and had to find them! So glad I did, these are a great garnish and get people talking!

PLEASE READ REVIEWS! I made the mistake of purchasing 3 jars for my adult children’s Easter baskets. Major disappointment! All 3 jars were pure liquid, not one pearl. Not sure if it was how they were stored, or shipped. I’ll look for them in a gourmet food store so I can purchase in person rather by mail!

My pearls arrived completely melted. I suspect the Arizona warehouse heat may have melted them in transport. Amazon wouldn't allow me to return them, so I contacted the seller and she called me back in 7 minutes & shipped out a replacement for me! I look forward to receiving my pearls to put on my salads. I tasted them at Collins Pub & Grill in Flagstaff, Arizona for the first time and just HAD to have them here at home, so I'm excited to be able to bring quality products to my family & friends so they can enjoy them as well.

I was playing with the idea of using these for a take on the classic Caprese Salad. I added some basil pesto and pan fried gnocchi, and garnished with the balsamic pearls. Looked so much nicer than a messy drizzle of reduction !A little pricey but had the desired effect !

These pearls are a fun, gourmet foodie treat for topping cheeses, pasta dishes, pizza, etc.! The photo shows them topping a truffle pasta I made.

There are no pearls in the jar, only liquid. It does not correspond to the description. I’m not happy with the purchase.
