Is this machine washable?

Yes, I bought 7 and wash them for 15 min cycle

How wide is this belt?

It is about three inches wide. It has worked very well for my husband. It does not roll up.

Can you use it for a j tube?

Yes you can. All you do is put the belt on, mark the spot where your tube is, then take a razor to cut a small slit in the belt. I used a lighter to seal it so it doesn’t fray. I gently put my j-tube through the hole in the belt, Aline it properly and then finish. Super super easy.

It's a open end band length so the ends have Velcro to attach. It holds really well. I put it on just above the exit site with the Velcro on the back and the loops facing out. Then simply thread the transfer set thru the open loops. It's very easy and comfortable, much better than the others with pockets on the inside. Best one to use! We plan on getting a new one for a backup but have been using this one for quite a while with no problems at all.
