How is the build of this saw different that a professional grade saw? Is this a professional grade saw?

You already seem to know this is geared towards homeowners and farmers. Some differences between these saws and the professional saws are power and kickback.

What is the differrnce between $419.00 and the $409.00

When I just looked, it's 419 and 439, with the more expensive one being an 18" bar and the less expensive being the 20" bar. Weird. Or did you just want to know what 419-409=?

how much oil do you mix to a gallon of gas

I used this brand - Husqvarna 610000155 50:1 XP 2-Cycle Oil 1-Gallon Mix, 2.6-Ounce. Put one 2.6 oz bottle of oil to 1 gallon of gasoline. So you should have a separate gas container for your mixed gas/oil to use. You con't have to buy Husqvarna brand but it should be 2-Cycle Oil for chain saws or weed eaters.
