Felt reluctant to buy this but honestly needed something else to give me energy and satisfy the need for something minty—and-whoa-this stuff has potent long lasting mint! As far as focus and energy I give it 7 out of 10-I feel a bit tempted to chew on it but I advise don’t do it bc it bust open and some type of papery stuff comes out. It feels extremely weird having a piece of what feels like thick wet paper towel in your mouth-but hey if it works,then it works! I’d advise to give it a try bc you definitely get an electric shock of energy right away but I couldn’t hold the thing in mouth beyond 15 mins-hence that is probably why I ended up with 5 WHOLE containers of the stuff. .

UPDATE - I’ve bumped this up from 3 stars to 5 because the seller offered to fix the problem in my original review. Other than that flaw I believe the pouches are worth 5 stars for my use.ORIGINAL - I’ve been using nicotine pouches for years and finally decided to quit. Grabbed these to help and they’re great for taking the edge off when the cravings hit hard. Not sure I feel any actual effects, I just like them as a simulation of what I was using. I tried a few other nic free pouches and these are my favorite so far but they're sealed terribly. 3 stars because every tin had at least one pouch busted open inside which is a waste of money and just an annoyance because it makes them messier than they need to be

Having tasted this now I understand why I wasn’t dissuaded from buying this by reviews. So I will endeavor to dissuade you from buying these based solely on the taste. I also didn’t focus on the ingredients as strongly as I should have. The fact that it contains sucralose would have kept me from buying these.First point: I noticed nothing after using a few of these. No physical or mental change in any way. I got these hoping for a cognitive boost during work. I got nothing. Good or bad, that I noticed.Second point: this is the reason I’m actually writing this. These things taste horrible. As I was considering purchasing these I was thinking that I want mint but the only one available was mango. I love fresh mangos and dried mangos are pretty good too so how bad could these be?Very bad. It’s hard to explain though because it’s not that the mango flavor is the issue. It really isn’t. It’s the sickeningly sweet chemical flavor WITH the mango.If you’ve had dried mango just imagine that flavor with a packet of Splenda. It’s awful. I have to have a flavored beverage of any kind ready to wash out the flavor before I put one of these in my mouth. When the flavor gets too strong, swish the beverage and then I can handle it for a few minutes longer.It’s basically the same pouch as a Zyn in dimensions. It’s also as dry. With the over-the-top fake sweetness cranked to 11 and dried mango flavor. I’d actually considering throwing them out because the thought of putting another one in my mouth is repulsive.The upside: The package says to have this in your mouth for (only) 20 minutes. When I use an Alp pouch I leave it in my mouth for hours. After a few seconds of this mango monstrosity in my mouth I got deeply depressed at the thought of having this in my mouth for hours. So I checked the package and saw the instructions for 20 minutes and while it never really improved it was still only 20 minutes of misery.

Usually good. Helps me focus. I buy a 5 pack every couple of weeks. Flavor is a bit inconsistent with mint. Last 5 pack of mint had barely any flavor for all 5 cans. Recent 5 pack has busted pouches leaving the rest covered in powder. This is the first container opened, I don’t open them until I’m ready to use them. Hoping the rest of the 5 pack is good. Disappointing for price, they aren’t cheap so quality should be more consistent Forsure.

Not sure what I was expecting. I can tell you what the results are after a week of using 2 a day.I ordinarily have anxiety mixed w/a bit of depression. I'm prescribed 1mg xanax twice daily. Altho most days I may take 1 mg, there are days that seem a bit much to handle. I'd rather not take any. About 5 days after using alpha fully loaded, I realized I wasn't stressed I wasn't reaching for a pill to take the edge off. It wasn't until a couple of days later that I put the 2 together. My anxiety level had dropped at the same time I began using the nootropics. I wasn't expecting this effect but I'm certainly grateful. The next is my memory & recollection of names which could also correlate w/cutting back on xanax. Eitherway I'll take it. I just turned 60, am in great health but did find myself struggling to remember names of someone I once worked with or met in a certain setting. Like many of us I've met many people along the way in work. Some we see everyday like my favorite batista.Their names are suddenly popping up like little bubbles in my head. I'll think "oh wow that was random" but it's happened over & over. Before covid I had a favorite batista who was nice enough to write on my cup exactly what he'd put in my sugar free cappuccino, so others could make it for me ( I'd see him every day) Multiple times I've thought of this great guy but couldn't remember his name to save my life. Corey. I only remembered after using the alpha fully loaded nootropics. He's not the only one there are several.people I've thought of but drew a blank, it was driving me crazy bc I would continue thinking about the person & the fact that I couldn't remember their name. I can now.Energy I cant say I've noticed much difference. I'm relatively active anyway so ....After only a week of use these are my most noticeable changes. I'm not recommending these areba substitute for any meds. It just happened for me. Stuck in traffic or a grocery store with rude people, zero check out lanes etc. I would feel like this is too much, I would take 1 or a half of a pill. I'm not getting stressed so easily.
