Is the 2oz serving for elbows cooked or uncooked?

Uncooked. Serving size is ALWAYS uncooked unless the label states otherwise. As per the label, there are "about 7 servings" in the 14.5 oz. box. For pasta, the cooked weight depends on how long you cook it: the longer you cook (up to a point), the more water is absorbed, which increases the weight. The water, however, adds nothing to the information on the nutritional label.

What is the expiration date for the angel hair if I buy now? (May 2020)

Mine was 3/29/2021. But I cannot say positively what yours will be.

Why do several pictures show "thin spaghetti" which is different from angel hair pasta. which product is actually being sold here 20pc/14.5oz?

The Barilla thin spaghetti is very similar, if not identical, to angel hair. The product is 14.5 oz. Dont quite understand the "20pc" comment
