I recently purchased the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations! The laptop was delivered on time and in perfect condition, which is always a great start. The performance is incredible, thanks to the 14th Gen Intel Core i9-14900HX processor and the 8GB Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU. Whether it’s gaming or multitasking, this machine handles everything like a pro. Poor Battery life but very good performance
Extremely good laptop and its a work horse and met all specifications , but really disappointed with the battery life , I don't know the seller is not keeping the original battery with this product as its last not even 2 hours ( fully charge to 20% charge left) . But other wise laptop is really great. I am nota gamer , I use only for photoshop and editing photos and videos.

Very bad experience,
I bough this laptop since two days ago i faced many troubles, NVidia app doesn't work, most of games open then close without any reasons , there is no any error messages. Just close. The all software has a problems , Internet wifi cutting without any reason. And back again . While doing setup for games suddenly stop and give me errors then i have to replay the setup again . Anyway i hated this laptop, and i returned and asked for refund.

What a beast!
I have always been a desktop guy... Usually builds my own... But after particular requirements popped up, I decided to get my very first gaming laptop that can also serve as a design workstation... Was not disappointed... What a monster! Handles anything u throw at it like butter! Fair warning, as a gaming laptop, it does get fairly warm... Recommend you get a decent cooler like the flydigi bs1 or gt600 to prolong you investment. The seller was real supportive too and reached out!! Go for it... Great price for 4080 with a magnesium chasis build!

The best laptop I’ve ever had♥️♥️but!!
The build quality is just amazing and and seller sent an original and new laptop🤍🤍. My only complaint was the shipping time was a bit long. Update: the screen on the laptop is not QHD it is UHD ao I am disappointed with the screen even tho the 1200p screen is beautiful but not QHD as described and I tried to contact the seller and he ignored me totally.

The Laptop was faulty
The unit was purchased as a gift for a friend in onother country and was sent to him, it turned out thay it was not working and there was no seal on the back screws and the battery seemed to be broken. I can't return it and he can't use it. Thanks Amazon for your help and support to return it .
