Very nice.
These work really well which is the main thing. But they also look cool in a professional way.

It's a Brush
Christmas stocking filler for my wife. She loves it and says it's a good quality brush. She uses it every day so it must be ok.

Not the greatest brushes but a useful set for the price
This set of brushes arrive well packed with a base at the bottom of the box so they stay in place and there are numbered instructions on the back which you are supposed to cut out and keep. They explain each brush and it`s purpose which is useful, especially for someone new to make up or who may use sponge applicators.I tried the set out using two different brands of eye shadows to give them a fair test run.No.1 Eyeshadow Brush. I found that it picked up powder shadow easily and transferred onto the eyelids evenly, it felt soft and comfortable.No.2 Crease Brush. This is one I had a little trouble with, the bristles picked up okay but once I tried to apply using back and forth strokes as per instructions I ended up with a mess underneath my eye. With a bit of practice I found that dabbing into the crease was better, I think this brush could do with shorter bristles perhaps.No.3 Pointed Eyeliner Brush. Again I used two different types of liner, one pressed powder with a dampened brush and the other a liquid liner. I am sorry but I didn`t get the desired look with either, the brush does have a lovely fine point and comes with a protective cover but it felt too hard and stiff against my eyelids.No.4 Brow & Eyeliner Brush. I found this one very easy to use and got the look I wanted by following the instructions, short dash strokes. I tried it as a liner brush but again thought it too stiff and uncomfortably hard, it irritated my eyes to be honest. This one I recommend for brows only.No.5 Brow & Lash Groomer. The little comb part to de clump lashes after mascara was fine. There is a brush on the other end that is like a dry mascara brush and may be used on brows or lashes. The bigger brush for brows I found too wide for my sparce brows but I do realise it`s going to be good for anyone who likes the fuller look brow that`s so popular now. After use I washed each brush in a solution of mild shampoo and warm water, they cleaned up easily and lost none of their shape. My verdict is they look nice if giving as a gift but they are not the best brushes I have used, maybe a good starter set.

Nice quality, a bit too big to be precise.
This is a smart looking brush in a dark charcoal finish which makes it look quite stylish and vaguely oriental The type of brush/usage is printed on the side of the handle in green, which is quite handy if you are sorting through a pot or cosmetic bag full of them. The bristles are nice and soft and well packed. The head of the brush is fairly large, and as the 'All Over' labelling suggests, although this is a shadow brush, it's only meant to give a sweep of colour across the whole lid - not for precise contouring in the crease, or lining - its just too big for that.I thought the quality of the brush was good and it picked up and deposited colour nicely, but the head was just that little bit too large for me to get a really neat and tidy finish. Also, generally I prefer travel sized brushes for convenience/portability, and/or sets that come in a case to minimise my chances of losing them. This brush doesn't even come with a sleeve or lid, so one star off for that.

Nice brush
This is quite a large brush with a long handle,(almost 7" overall) and wouldn't fit into most cosmetic bags but for a brush to keep on the bathroom shelf or on the dressing table, this is a quality brush at a good price. The soft rubber handle feels nice in your hand and the bristles are soft and thick and give smooth, even coverage with powder or cream eyeshadows. My old brush clogs up every time I use it and if I don't wash it in hot soapy water every day, I get clumps of dried shadow dropping off the brush or sitting on my eye-lids. No such problem with Lab 2's FibreLuxe filaments, so I am delighted with it.Lab2 claim you can create multiple shading effects with this brush but apart from using it like any other brush--ie flat side for large coverage and tip for defining--I couldn't see that it was THAT versatile and so it gets 4 stars out of 5.

Well designed Angled Eye-Shadow Brush
I am reviewing the Lab 2 Brush, Angled Shadow Brush "Put A Lid On It". Here are my thoughts:^^ This Lab 2 Angled Shadow Brush is certainly a good example of what a quality make-up brush should be like. I've tried a few and it usually appears that the best brushes are very expensive, however, with this brush (and I am sure the whole range) that is not the case, and it's reasonably priced, too.^^ Really assists the smooth application of eye shadow by picking up a lot of powder.^^ The brush is slanted at an angle for ease of use.^^ The bristles are soft and gentle.^^ Comes in a good looking package.Overall: This Lab 2 eye-shadow brush gives access to a good quality brush at a reasonable price.

Useful multi-purpose brush
This is an excellent blending brush for contouring or applying blusher/bronzer or loose powder. The bristles are beautifully soft yet firm at the same time so that it holds on to the powder until you deposit it where it is needed. It seems to wash well to with none of the bristles so far showing any sign of shedding. The one potential area of weakness is that the brush has a metal ferrule and I do wonder if that will rust and thereby affect the bristles. The brush comes with instructions for best use - using the flat side to apply blusher to the apple of your cheeks and then blend upwards and outwards; also using the flat end for applying powder across the whole of the face; using the rim of the brush head to contour. Overall it is a decent make-up brush for the money.
