It's a real decent projector. My first one, so I guess I don't have much comparison.. but I've been watching movies from friends projectors (big ones attached to the ceiling) and though this isn't the same thing, it still does exactly what I need it to do, which si to project on both wall and ceiling. Volume isn't very high if you're watching certain movies, but for games it's absolutely fine. Not sure why so much difference between the two. Volume aside, it's a good product. When the room is dark the projection is VERY good, and during the day it's also decent, as in: you can actually see; which was important to me because I can't make my room too dark during the day, so this works fine for all that too, considering it's such a small projector and relatively cheap (compared to other brands at least) I've used it only a few days, but happy with my purchase, so far. Oh, I should add that it does get quite hot and that I believe it's because of that, that the screen goes black for a second or two, every few hours... I've only had this problem twice .. not big of a problem as long as it doesn't "freeze" for longer than that. It doesn't log me off or anything so it's ok. I'm disabled so when I'm in bed I need to have it on all day long, to either watch stuff or play some games with the PS4. So, as long as this doesn't become an issue, I'll still give it 5 starts ^__^ Warranty letter arrived after 8 days from the purchase, and it was easy to activate, with a QR code.

The menu is relatively straight forward to work out and I do love using it to watch films in the evening, it brings a great, almost cinematic, experience as the screen can be massive. The actual screen is not exactly rectangular when projected at an angle, but it doesn't affected the way the images are projected (as in the images aren't distorted) unless you position the projector at a major angle, so there is a limit. It is not compatible with my specific dvd player unfortunately, so have to plug it into my laptop, which isn't a massive issue, but it takes up a bit more energy. It isn't chargeable, it must be plugged into the wall to be used/switched on. There is a projector noise when turned on, but it isn't too distracting in my opinion. The only major thing I would suggest changing is the length of the cord that plugs the projector into the wall. It is too short, and so limits where you can put the projector in your room. A longer cord would be better! Other than that, I think its pretty good, especially as I don't have a tv and live in a studio, so I need something small and neat to be easily tidied away!

When it arrived, it was an easy set up and a good image - but that is as far as I would go with the positives. From when I opened it, there was dust marks on the screen - as pictured. I used the manual and tried a load of ways to get rid of them (E.g. hair dryer/cotton bud/the cleaning clothes it comes with), but they wouldn't budge. Also, when I went on to connect the wifi and Bluetooth, other devices had already previously been connected - as they were remember by the device - as pictured. Therefore, I was definitely sent a pre-owned one that had already been returned! The actual build of the projector was also quite flimsy, the cover didn't really fit, and the bit that is meant to put it into focus was a bit dodgey. I have now got another projector or Amazon for a cheaper price which is loads better!!! There was also issues with the phone mirroring, as pictures, the screen just went black. The more I write, the more the issues keep coming.

I know a lot of the reviews on here have stated that it is easy to connect to, I did not find this to be the case. My phone could not detect the device wirelessly at all not through WiFi and not with Bluetooth. The app hccast that it advises you download was unknown to Android so it was a bit sketchy. Eventually got it connected through a wired connection, but was essentially useless as it could not be you for steaming services as it just went black. So lastly I connected it to my Google chromecast through hdmi and it seemed to work well this way. The picture is quite good one you adjust it properly. But the connectivity options do not seem to be working as the should or in an easy manner. The fan in it is quite loud too and it seems to get quite how in a short period of time. I think it is a clumsy design too as I thought it would be smaller. Overall okay but nothing special.

Easy setup. Keystone adjustment is perfect . Screen mirroring with IPhone works. Using an android box which is a handy pairing. Not a replacement for a tv but is great value for money

I really wanted this to work I got one of these for Christmas and broke in 5 days I’m hoping it was faulty so I’m getting a new one but it would not turn on I was very disappointed in this

Clearly not new when received. Product box was damaged, the projector "seam" had popped apart, a plastic piece had fallen off and there are scuff marks on the side that won't wipe off. The sticky tab on the remote control wrapper had a couple of hairs stuck to it. I haven't used the projector itself as of yet, but if the unboxing is anything to go by, I'm not too sure it'll work as it must have been previously returned by another customer for a reason. Update: Switched it on and there's a black spot under the lens and lots of dust that can't be removed. I've initiated a return.
