The items are sturdy, the team, the company takes customer service very seriously. I believe even large corporations ought to take a lesson from here. I have used to store files and some electrical cables etc. It is easily foldable. Good item to store light home items, like books, documents, daily clothing, stationery, etc. Two can be stacked, not more, but depends on weight of contents.

Smart, sturdy, useful. I wish they would also offer a smaller size version.
