I skipped a star as there are no directions as to how much to use, unless I missed it. Smells good. I was using it in my pizzelles. I used 3 TBLS in my recipe. Not sure how much to use. It gave it a slight flavor. Did not want to use too much, as it is not cheap for the amount. The jar appears to have a lot in it.I think it is already sweetened, as I added sugar to my recipe and it was WAY too sweet. I will try again, without the sugar. would be nice if I knew how much I was supposed to use.
