Hi friend, thanks for your question. This offer for 950xl, 951xl 4 pk (color: 1 black+1 cyan + 1 magenta).

Q: The ink has 2 tapes on the cartridges. one says pull, the other tap is on the side covering 2 holes and is clear. do i remove both?

Initially I removed the yellow tape and when I inserted the cartridge I received an error message that the cartridge was defective. I poked a tiny hole through the clear tape and installed it, but the ink leaked out all over the inside of the printer. This happened with two cartridges. I took them out and threw all four cartridges away. Waste of money, worst refills ever.
