I was kind of skeptical about an amazon couch, I’ve never heard of it or even thought they sold furniture. However, the packaging was absolutely amazing, very very easy to put together. It is super comfy, soft, and very sturdy. Yes the ottomans technically lock in place but I chose not to so my significant other can sit next to each other. You can actually move them wherever. Great value for the size, Absolute great purchase and definitely recommend.

Love this couch, didn't realise it was green until I opened the box, was pleasantly surprised as green is my favorite color, plenty and I mean plenty of storage with this sofa, the cushions you sit on are firm, wish I could say the same for the back cushion which is my only complaint and it can be rectified by putting another pillow in front of it, not a deal breaker by any means, but hopefully the manufacturer see's this and firms those back cushions up, the fabric is a faux suede, was leary on spending so much money on something I haven't seen in person before, but super happy with it and so will you, really easy to put together I didn't even need the directions.

The couch came in three separate (somewhat large and heavy) boxes but easily fit through our narrow doorways which is what we needed. Easy to assemble, it took me about an hour by myself.Hoping the seat cushions fluff up after 48 hours as written on the packaging. Also, I will say the storage compartments are a little more shallow than I expected but should still hold plenty. The ‘legs’ are made of plastic which I didn’t realize either but they look fine. I went with this couch because of the price to get us through the next few years with small kiddos. Hoping it can hold up to their every day use!Biggest con so far is the smell - difficult to describe but it is kind of musty and very strong. Unfortunately, it is cold where we live and the couch is in our basement so it is difficult to “air out” but I have fans blowing on it — really hoping the smell fades soon.

The media could not be loaded. When I saw this couch online it looked like it would be great for our new home. We have waited 5 months looking for the right couch; I saw this couch with the storage space and mulled over it for a few days before making the purchase. It was delivered with ease and so was the set up. However, it snags easy on ANYTHING, ANYTHING! The back leans too far back so I have it shoved against the wall plus the back is too short and I am 5’ 3”. Zero support for the back. The seat cushions are too firm in contrast with the low leaning, zero support back make this UNCOMFORTABLE. I am unhappy with the purchase. It looks terrible with all the runs and it’s uncomfortable to sit or lay on. :(

For the price it's a good size, an very good for small apartments... But for quality an comfort it's alright. When I received my product it looks like someone just quickly used an impact drill an slapped it all together, almost stripping all the screws in it... Not that I'm gonna be taking it apart, but c'mon. Take some pride. Otherwise it's a great overall couch. I like it.

Perfect size for what I needed. It was very easy to assemble and perdect foe the price. I was missing left arm attachment but emailed the company and had it resolve the next day, they expedited me a new arm with no issues

Super easy to assemble! No tools needed for assembly. Couch came in 3 large boxes which easily fit through our narrow doorway. The color matches the picture perfectly. The storage compartments are roomy and functional! So far we find that the couch is comfortable and love that the ottoman’s are easily Moveable! Impressed with the quality of materials used. It feels higher end than what we paid for! We will definitely be purchasing another piece to match!
