Bought so many different styles of martial arts attire, both for internal and external! This can be used for both! The size is perfect... the attention to detail on the inner laces and outer laces makes the whole robe adjustable to your comfort... something most robes offline don't offer. This is perfect whether you're practicing Baguazhang, tai chi or sitting meditation/walking meditation. It's suitable for all forms of kung fu tbh. Durable and extremely happy with the purchase.
