The wood top is of bad quality
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have several rod iron and wood pieces. But the wood top on this is horrible, light weight, no finish. Not much better than cardboard.

Not what I thought but will work
I’m not sure what kind of “real wood” the top is made of. It is extremely light. It doesn’t feel like real wood but it does look decent. It was easy to assemble. It fits perfectly in the space I needed. It’s a spare bedroom so I’ll keep it. If it was in a high visibility area I would return due to the “real wood” top
