Vans Unisex-Child Transistor Trainers

These simple Vans are a staple item in your shoe arsenal. Black is the new black, so owning a simple and comfortable pair of shoes (without any bold branding or accents) is quite nice. They can be thrown on with anything! While comfortable, these are not incredibly high quality. But they are a great pair of shoes for the price tag. One pair I wore with heavy use for a year and a half before the bottom of the feet began to wear through, and was unuseable. My latest pair is showing signs of wear on the arch after 8 months of lighter use (probably from cramming my feet into them) but is otherwise great. Overall, a great value shoe, with the classic Vans comfort and style. They won't last you forever, but let's be real, it's probably better you replace those stinky shoes of yours more often anyway.

Nice shoes for hubby but too small so have returned

Really comfortable and stylish shoes. Sizing is very accurate and they fit really well. Amazing price, well worth the money.

Vans have always been one of my go to options for comfortable shoes that last for years. These shoes were very affordable compared to some others so I ordered them for work. Working in hospitality, I do sometimes as much as 25,000 steps a day - these shoes did not fail me in the slightest. My first wear, I worked a 10 hour shift and they were a delight to wear. Despite a bit of rubbing on the back of my ankle which is to be expected when breaking in new shoes, I was so comfortable in them. They’re sturdy, have a great grip to floors and fit spot on (size 4). They came boxed up and laced already so it made for a very quick happy experience and I will definitely be revisiting when I need a fresh pair.

I liked these, but went for another band that I preferred more than these when I managed to get them in my size. Good sizing in these and they look good and are well made, really nice shoe.

Good fit, per Amazon recomendation. They're a little flat, but i expect that from this type of shoe. Its exactly what i wanted in this case.

Very comfy, well made

Well these are really posh gym shoes, and very good they are as well. No idea how long they will last, but I generally change these every season/year depending how much use they get. I don't get how some reviewers expect this kind of shoe to last for years - if you want rugged walking shoes, then buy those! I have been doing some heavy gardening work and they are fine for that as long as you don't drop heavy stones on your foot. They are made from good quality materials, the laces are long enough even generous, and it's easy to adjust them to suit your feet. All in all I am very happy with these, and think they are worth the small price premium commanded by the brand.

Lover of Vans! Own over 30 pairs and I am never disappointed. Got this pair for $39.99 versus the standard $60-$65. Can’t beat a deal like that!
