I have one as a spray, and it’s really good, doesn’t hurt wounds at all, and helps healing them as well. This one isn’t a spray, and can’t find one anywhere; but I checked that the solution ingredients are the same so I will just pour it in a spray bottle.

It's a good quantity if you have a significant wound.
Bought this to manage the incision left post knee replacement op. Only 4 stars because the neck of the bottle under the cap split when opening it for the first time. I kept it in the fridge as a precaution which also unexpectedly added to the benefits of irrigating the wound.

Cleaned the wound to perfection
This product was by far the best wound cleaner. It also healed remove gauze pads with ease which were stuck on to the wound.I highly recommend.
