Comfortable to work hours
So far a very good choice. Sturdy and comfortable, especially my lower back. Easy to put together. Looks good in my space.

Wow, what a great chair!
Received lightening quick! About 36 hours from the time they I placed the order to my door. Dragged the box inside, and assembled my chair right in my foyer in about 25 minutes. Very easy to understand instructions and the chair is well designed. Though my photo shows an armless chair, this chair DOES come with arms. I needed an armless chair because of the way my desk is made and some reason there are not many sturdy, comfortable, armless desk chairs out there, so I chose this chair as it looked like I might be able to get away with not installing the arms, and I was right. The arms are completely optional, with no weird visible pre-drilled empty holes on the seat or back (the arms install on the bottom of the seat). I could totally add the arms later if I wish to. I’ve been sitting in it for about the time it has taken to write this review and so far it’s quite comfortable and easy to adjust. I may upgrade the wheels as these appear a little cheap-y, but not enough so that I’d knock off a star. Overall, very pleased!

Unable to fit the pieces together properly.
I tried to order this chair twice based on a recommendation for a friend who loves it. However, both times the pieces came unable to fit into one another. After that, I just gave up. The chair material itself was pretty, soft and seemed to be nice quality. I might try one more time to see if the third time is the charm.
